Tristement, le cycle de la vie c’est terminé pour Madeleine qui est décédée à l’âge de 93 ans le 17 décembre 2020 à Boucherville.
Prédécédée par son fils Éric (1965-1983), elle laisse dans le deuil son meilleur ami et époux de 63 ans Robert, ses enfants bien-aimés Michael (Danielle Vertefeuille), Gail (Gaétan Poirier), Andrew (Laurence Lecomte) et ses merveilleux petits-enfants Dérick, Francis, Patrick, Mélissa, Catherine, Émilie et Alexis ainsi que parents et amis
Madeleine est née et a grandi à Montréal. Elle a élevé sa famille à Beloeil. Puis elle a vécu 35 ans à Thornhill On.
La philosophie de vie de Madeleine était d’aimer, de partager et d’être à l’écoute des autres. Elle a pratiqué cela toute sa vie. Elle a grandement touché tous les gens qu’elle a connues avec son élégance et sa bienveillance. Elle n’a jamais perdu de vue les choses simples qui ont apporté de la joie à sa vie et à celle des autres.
Son dernier voyage sera de rejoindre son fils Éric le long des rives de la rivière Richelieu à Beloeil.
Une cérémonie aura lieu en privé à une date ultérieure.
Sadly, the journey of life has to come to an end for Madeleine who passed away at the age of 93 on December 17 last in Boucherville QC. Predeceased by her son Eric (1965-1983) She leaves behind her best friend and spouse of 63 yrs. Robert, her loving children Michael (Danielle Vertefeuille), Gail (Gaétan Poirier), Andrew (Laurence Lecomte), and wonderful grandchildren Dérick, Francis, Patrick, Melissa, Catherine, Émilie and Alexis.
Born and raised in Montréal Qc. She brought up her family in Beloeil Qc and then moved on with her spouse to spend the last 35 years in Thornhill On. Her life was fulfilled with travel.
Madeleine’s philosophy of life was to Love, Share and Listen. This she practiced all her life and touched people whom she met with her elegance and understanding.
She never lost sight of the simple things that brought joy to her life and that of others. She touched all of us in an incredibly special way.
The final voyage will be to join her son Eric along the banks of the Richelieu river in Beloeil QC.
A final remembrance for Madeleine will be held privately with family at a later time.
