Departed in peace on October 9, 2017 after a short illness, Lawrence Gregory “Larry” Lynch’s memory will be celebrated by his nieces & nephews, Shaun (Jean), Theresa (Donald), Marianne (Miles) and Charles (Annick), their children and grandchildren, his cousins, his sister-in-law Rita, and his most beloved friend Jeanine. Predeceased by his brother Jack and sister Pat and his parents Jack and Evelyn, Larry will be remembered for his conviviality, his dedication to friendly competition (especially in golf and curling), and his encyclopedic knowledge of jazz and sports. A graphic artist by trade and fine artist by nature, Larry continued to paint and take photographs throughout his life. Father Nicholas Sengson and Larry’s many physicians and nurses over the years are warmly thanked. The family will receive condolences at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 120 Gervais, Otterburn Park, QC, J3H 1B1, on Saturday October 21 as of 1:00 p.m., prior to a funeral mass to be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. A reception will take place immediately afterwards at Centre Trinité-sur-Richelieu, 308 Montsabré, Beloeil, QC, J3G 2H5.

À la suite de son départ en paix le 9 octobre 2017 après une courte maladie, la vie de Lawrence Gregory « Larry » Lynch sera célébrée par ses nièces et neveux, Shaun (Jean), Theresa (Donald), Marianne (Miles) et Charles (Annick), leurs enfants et petits-enfants, ses cousins, sa belle-sœur Rita et son amie la plus aimée, Jeanine. Prédécédé par son frère Jack et sa sœur Pat et leurs parents Jack et Evelyn, on se souviendra de Larry pour sa convivialité, son dévouement à la compétition amicale (surtout au golf et au curling) et sa connaissance encyclopédique du jazz et du sport. Graphiste par métier et artiste par nature, Larry a continué à peindre et à prendre des photos tout au long de sa vie. Le père Nicholas Sengson et les nombreux médecins et infirmières de Larry au fil des ans sont chaleureusement remerciés. La famille recevra les condoléances à l’église Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil, 120, Gervais, Otterburn Park, QC, J3H 1B1, le samedi 21 octobre à 13 h, avant la messe funéraire qui aura lieu à 14 h. Une réception suivra immédiatement après au Centre Trinité-sur-Richelieu, 308 Montsabré, Belœil, QC, J3G 2H5.
